European co-investment platform Letsinvest is distributing a new €3 million bond issuance by LHM Group using Axiology's securities depository. It is the third LHM bond distribution to run on Axiology's regulated infrastructure, following the successful registration of the group's first bond issuance in December 2025.
A new corporate bond issuance for business expansion
LHM Group, a Lithuanian-owned developer of premium mountain residences in Norway and the United States, is raising capital to fund new projects in the US, complete existing developments in Norway and support the group's working capital needs. Subscription runs from 19 to 31 August via the Letsinvest platform.
This is LHM's third bond project on Letsinvest platform, and the group is aiming to raise more than in its previous rounds. The first two tranches, distributed at the end of last year, attracted more than €1 million from retail and institutional investors. LHM has since paid out over €600,000 in interest to the Letsinvest investor community, on time and in full.
The issuance is backed by a pledge of shares in UAB LHM Holding, whose group companies hold balance sheet assets exceeding €30 million, alongside covenants on equity, dividends and leverage that safeguard financial discipline until the bonds are redeemed.

Digital bond issuance costs reduced by over 40%
Letsinvest was the first crowdfunding platform in Europe to adopt Axiology's digital infrastructure, which is now gaining traction across the market. Built on distributed ledger technology and operating under a DLT Pilot Regime licence supervised by the Bank of Lithuania, Axiology's trading and settlement system reduces traditional bond issuance and distribution costs by more than 40%, while giving investors faster and more convenient access to securities.
"This bond issuance gives both retail and institutional investors the opportunity to participate in high-value international real estate development projects, with a fixed annual return and a conservative risk profile," says Vytenis Kinduris, Chairman of Letsinvest.
"Registering LHM's first issuance showed our infrastructure performing in a live market environment. Seeing issuers return for their next raise tells us we are on the right path: opening up bond issuance as a realistic financing tool for SMEs that capital markets have traditionally overlooked," says Marius Jurgilas, Director and Founder of Axiology.
What's next for Letsinvest and Axiology
The partnership between Letsinvest and Axiology is designed to make bond issuance simpler for companies and bond investing more accessible for retail investors. Further collaborative projects are planned throughout 2026.
