Axiology has appointed two new non-executive board members, David Newns and Boris Battistini, deepening a board already drawn from central banking and institutional finance. Newns brings direct experience building regulated digital asset infrastructure as former head of SIX Digital Exchange, while Battistini adds investment and strategic expertise through his role at Metellus.

Axiology has launched Lithuania's first self-service company share register platform, enabling issuers and shareholders to access shareholder information, transaction history and reports in real time through a secure online account.

Axiology has gone live as a validator on Canton, opening direct access to its regulated issuance, custody, and settlement infrastructure for the banks, custodians, and asset managers already operating on the network.
