Partnership connects Axiology's regulated bond registration, settlement and servicing infrastructure with Orchestrate Funds' investor network

Axiology, a provider of regulated European capital markets infrastructure, today announces that it has partnered with Orchestrate Funds to launch services to place investment funds and other corporate bonds with professional investors.

Under the partnership, Orchestrate Funds will act as a tied agent of Axiology, bringing its investment expertise and investor relationships to the placement process. Orkest partners, the company which operates Orchestrate Funds, was registered as a tied intermediary of Axiology earlier this month.

This announcement comes as Lithuania's bond market expands. According to the Bank of Lithuania, €1.5 billion was raised by bond issuances in 2025, compared with €0.8 billion in 2024.

How the placement service works

Corporate issuers and investment funds issuing bonds can register eligible bonds on Axiology's trading and settlement system and access Orchestrate Funds' investor network for placement. Axiology's system can also service coupon payments and redemption, connecting the initial capital raise with the ongoing administration of the bonds.

Currently Orchestrate Funds is raising capital through the Newport Fund III Feeder Fund, which invests in Newport Logistics Fund III, developing real estate logistics projects in Western Europe with Panattoni providing development services. Panattoni is the largest logistics developer in Europe. Since May 2026, more than 100 investors have invested over €25 million in the feeder fund.

Viktorija Orkinė, founder at Orchestrate Funds, brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, investment and management, including eight years as managing director and a board member of Eika Asset Management.

What the partners say

Marius Jurgilas, CEO of Axiology, said: “As specialist investment businesses grow, the processes behind raising capital need to keep pace with their investor relationships. Our role is to provide regulated services that support that growth, so firms such as Orchestrate Funds can focus on their investment expertise without having to build the underlying market infrastructure themselves. The value of this partnership will be in how well it supports the practical work of bringing investments to market and serving investors.”

Viktorija Orkinė, founder of Orchestrate Funds, said: “This partnership means more opportunities both for Baltic businesses seeking capital and for investors looking for attractive investments. By partnering with Axiology, we will be able to offer a broader range of selected investments, from bond issues and closed-end funds to other solutions. I hope soon we will be able to present the first opportunities to investors.”
